PRINCES HIGHWAY LOST KEYS:
The tenant will contact the support team.
The CS team will provide the tenant with the locksmith's contact details (for lost apartment front door keys only) to call themselves for assistance. The tenants will shoulder any cost. Please advise tenants they will need to pay the locksmith charge upfront when they arrive.

Charges for lost front door keys are $100/key
The charge for lost FOBS (key scanner for entry to car park, rooftop terrace and all entrance doors) is $100/FOB and $50/mailbox key (Lost FOBS and mailbox keys are organised through Zak)
CSR to coordinate the lost key charges with the billing team. An invoice will be created for the lost key(s), and the CSR will send it to the tenant for them to pay.
Keys will be ready in 2-3 days after receiving the payment.
ST PETERS LOST KEYS:
The tenant will contact the support team.
The CS team will contact Zak to inform him to organise ALL new sets of keys.
Charges for lost keys are $50/key and $50/mailbox key $100/Car Park FOB
