What is the rental bond refund procedure?
- Tenant to request a bond release directly through the RBO website
- If there are issues logging in, to please contact the RBO helpline/contact directly.
- Once this is complete, this will initiate a bond refund request which is sent through to Dash Living. If the unit is returned back to Dash Living as it was handed over (in its original clean/undamaged state), the bond will be refunded in full. This process may take up to 15 working days.
