Booking Cancellation Policies:
For cancellations 14 days before check-in, no cancellation fees will apply.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival cancellation will apply, refer to a) & b) below;
For stays between 28 days and 91 days in length:
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 14 nights is required at time of booking. In the event of cancellation/no-show, 100% of the deposit is forfeit.
A minimum 28 day length of stay applies.
Balance of accommodation paid fortnightly.
For stays that are 91 days or more in length:
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 28 nights is required at time of booking. In the event of cancellation/no-show, 100% of the deposit is forfeit.
